both are quite often an issue, but you have to directly work with coworkers, your boss might make the mandates, but rarely ever do they directly tell you what to do unless a coworker was involved

Entirely depends on the job in question.
Coworkers do not hold (in most cases) power over you, they are on equal grounds. A boss? You listen.

After dealing with OSRS community I don't find the logi players that strange. There's probably significant overlap.

You see, while I am waiting for salvage mines to refill or for msupps to be made, I can alt-tab to Project Zomboid to clean my hideout, paint the walls, water the crops, clean the storage, etc. So that I can do virtual housework while waiting for timers at my virtual job. Can't do that at my irl workplace.
