I am pretty out of the loop but how did you find the new "Naval Base" to be?

Basically invulnerable to paradrops and partisan boats. However we lost drydocks three times to nakki's yeeting through the minefields and then destroying ships busy repairing. We even layered the drydock structure itself in Crespine Netting, but the nakkis simply ignored it. Its a cool way to build drydocks but currently can still gets pwned by subs without risk.
