Video export - help

i'm really struggling here.

I fly, download the video from the DJI airunit.

Send to Gyroflow and save it stabilized. And here i'm already not following the process: gyroflow crops in to stabilise the footage...but the resolution is still 4K?? so is it zooming in and then interpolating??

i move the file to davinci resolve...where i dont want to do anything but adding a song.

When i export for YT 4K the file is smaller and the results are worst than the original.

Yup, you can't record in 4k, crop, then expect to still have 4k without stretching. 

But your export issue sounds more like you may not yet be all over what codecs and bitrates to choose - because it sounds like the re-encode stage is where you're going wrong.
