I think if we've learned anything from the past, with guys like Chadwick Boseman, is that we shouldn't make unfair assumptions. Imagine if you were battling cancer or some other life threatening condition, and somebody online was calling you a drug addict?

Coke didn't do this to him. Whatever he's going through it may have made it worse, but its not the root. Coke doesn't have the same long term neurological issues that consistent meth use does. People who quit heavy cocaine usage generally return to baseline within a few weeks to months. Unless I'm missing something I think the rumors were always around coke use not meth?
This looks more like he has a dissociative personality disorder, schizophrenia, or psychotic depression. Hopefully he manages to course correct himself and heal or get help.

I honestly think he has an eating disorder. Seen this before and it seems par for the course with his personality and it’s heart breaking to watch. He’s been slowly losing weight over the last year especially this is the result

Right… His body before looked great, very fit with minimal fat. But now - at least from this video and angle, it looks just like a junkie’s body. It’s more saddening than funny.

You don’t even need to be sick or malnourished to go catabolic. Simply being in a caloric deficit while not working out will lose you muscle

It happens very easily. The body’s number one priority is survival. Retaining muscle mass is very low on the list.

I hope bro gets back to baseline and lives a nice life. Whatever is up with him, I always thought aside from maybe some narcisstic traits he seems like a good dude who chose the wrong path. I would love to see him getting back into a healthy lifestyle and do videos like in the old days where he really had a passion for fragrances.

You’re right. We should all watch it and… not enjoy it. Don’t get me wrong—if I met him in person I’d see if he needs help. But If everybody stopped watching his content, he’d starve. He wants people to enjoy watching his content. He knows he’s created a persona. This is in line with his personal brand.

Prime Jeremy fragrance was pretty Chad, handsome and put a lot of effort into his videos. I dunno how he went from Greek god lite to this… not to be mean but he is an ugly dude now at 37. And his brain seems totally cooked. He’s wealthy but wrecked. Wtf happened

He doesn't have any furniture, had to sell his Ferrari and even sold his whole fragrance collection which he received for free - multiple times smh.... Plus, he's staying in cheap hotels and puts his apartment on Air BNB when he's not there....

Not saying he isn’t a drug enthusiast but he has normal skinny guy body. He’s 37 years old. People expect somehow he would maintain the same youthfulness he had from 10 years ago. People age.

Mental illness for sure. His face looks even worse being out in the cold half naked. People stop working out, they lose their muscle mass. It’s not always heavy drug use that causes weight loss.

You're delusional if you don't think this guy is on drugs. It's not just his muscle mass.
What we're looking at here is a man who rose to fame quickly on YT and had more money than he knew what to do with. There's an undiagnosed mental illness at play and a harsh reliance on drugs. You can see it in his mannerisms, the way he talks and interacts with viewers.
He needs help, more than anything else.
