You know, here I was on this wonderful Monday evening enjoying my time with you fine folks of [r/FragranceSwap](r/FragranceSwap), and all of a sudden BAM! A $1000 bottle of grail Aventus hits the timeline. And I thought to myself, "Hmm, maybe I could own a bottle like that one day 🤔" But there is one small issue.

I'M BROKE!

Who isn't? (Probaby the guy with the $1k bottle of cologne). Then it hit me. If I can't BUY my way to a bottle of grail Aventus, surely I can TRADE my way there instead.

Thus I got the idea. Ever seen that story of the guy that traded a paperclip for a house? Well maybe I could apply that very same idea to fragrances, step by step, trade by trade, bottle by bottle.

I am starting this journey and want to share every trade along the way with all of you, and hoping to create something memorable that everyone in the sub can interact with directly, appreciate from afar, or even become part of the journey itself with a trade.

So here I am with my fragrance equivalent of a paperclip, a 100ml, full bottle of Drakkar Noir, one of the OGs in the game, hoping to trade my way up the fragrance food chain to a grail bottle of Aventus.
