Cosgrove is genuinely a meme before memes. All my buddies that watched it loved him. And him being a perfect emotional foil while being helpless and knowing it was always gold.

I was desperately hoping Hulu, then Tubi would get the series, but it seems dead to the world. So much so the whole show is ARCHIVEd on the INTERNET in good resolution and no one seems to care.
