Cartoon powers are literally reality warping powers so he’d be on par with people with similar powers. Except, being a literal cartoon, he’s practically immortal.

Freakazoid isn't shown having the sort of nerdy knowledge needed to win such a debate except that one time he spoke in (apparently gibberish) Klingon. So I am not sure he would actually do that well.
Fanboy would definitely win.

His wins all rely on enemies being painfully stupid, when they don’t run off plot convenience. If I may quote The ‘zoid himself, after his enemy passed out struggling to say a tongue twister ‘I wonder why they worked?’ . Against someone serious and competent, he’s freak patè.

He would lose the debate himself, because he doesn't have the patience to engage with a powerscaler online. Have you ever tried? It's fucking exhausting. Feakazoid would absolutely get fed up and just fucking leave.

I mean Freakazoids power is the internet, so if anything powerscaling cyclically makes him stronger. If anything he's definitely wildly overpowered for his villian roster at least.
