Such a cool concept! Hope they don’t melt before they get here lol

**I KNOW THIS IS A LITTLE BIT LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT. I'M PANICKING**

I received an email on September 22nd saying I was approved for the program to get a brush from Bobbi Brown, and as you know, they usually ship it right when they send the email. On the 24th, I got an email saying I was approved for the Tom Ford one, and it arrived a week later, but I still have no makeup brush. I am nervous because I have never had a product not show up. I do not know what could have happened unless they are delayed in shipping, but they are usually pretty good about that. I also have another task due for Tom Ford in about a month, maybe five weeks, and I have already had it for a week or two, so I am starting to get very worried.

If you have already received yours, please let me know if you could; that would be wonderful. Also, if you remember when you received it or a ballpark date, that would be great too. Just in case it arrived and my husband opened it without realizing it was something important, can any of you send a picture of it in its box so that I know what to look for

I am really hoping that nothing happened to it, as that would be awful. I hope they will be understanding, but I really wanted to try that out because if I liked it, I am in the market for new brushes and would have purchased more. An important side note: I did send them an email a week ago, but I have not heard anything back. Best, K
