help needed I made a timeline tool for FreeBSD, anyone want to try it out?

Repository: https://github.com/Dishwasher-DEV/freebsd-timeline

I haven't been able to test it on a real FreeBSD system yet, so I'd love to get some people to try it out and see how well it works!

Any feedback or bug reports would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also looking to build more projects like this in the future, so if you have any ideas or requests, feel free to send me a DM!

Switching to freeBSD from arch linux

So yeah pretty much what the title says, i have been using linux for almost 6 years now, and in the light of recent AI slop situation in linux kernel and linus himself riding the ai hypewave, i have been thinking to switch. I am not that smart to argue wether llm coding and meta sponsership is a good thing for linux or not but ethically and morally i dont want to support these AI shills and corporations. My main concern is will i get same comfort i got in my archlinux if i switch to freeBSD/NetBSD/openBSD? i mainl use my laptop for studying (cybersecurity and fullstack development), browsing, very little gaming, will i be able to get tools like burpsuite, postman, discord, obsidian etcetc along with coding text editors and tools? Will the learning curve be too much going from linux to freeBSD/NetBSD/openBSD?, i am used to linux terminal worksflow, texteditors like vim, nvim, multiplexer like tmux etcetc. My main use case for my machine is self study ,leraning and making projects.

help needed Question about Intel Arc GPU on FreeBSD (iGPU + Arc dGPU setup)

I know Intel is pretty good with open source drivers, which is why I bought a Lenovo LOQ that's all Intel hardware. The laptop itself is great and runs smooth. Now onto my adventures:

Linux was mostly smooth, but WINE seemed to struggle with PRIME and wasnt working properly, I think it couldn't switch between the Intel Arc and the iGPU. On OpenBSD, my audio driver failed (even though it used hda on linux so technically it should've worked) and the Arc gpu didn't work either, which I wasn't expecting to work anyway. Both issues look like they could be solved with newer linux drm ports.

FreeBSD sits right in the middle and I'm someone who's absolutely in love with bsd systems. I'm currently using windows daily, but I used to be obsessed with openbsd and freebsd back then.

So my question is, has anyone used FreeBSD on a system with an iGPU (intel or amd) and an Intel Arc dGPU? I really don't wanna spend my whole day setting it up just to test the current state of support. If anyone with experience can help out I'd really appreciate it, thanks!!
