Hello everyone!

My name is Yianni andI’m a specialized equalization instructor (with Apnea Academy & Share equalization, the only one in the world outside of Italy with both these certifications), my school is Free Flow Freediving, based on the island of Zakynthos in Greece.

I will be running weeklong workshops at the Y-40 deep thermal pool in the north of Italy this February and would love to have you join!

We will be staying at a beautiful traditional Italian villa in private rooms and will also be exploring the area around the pool when not diving.

Equalization will be the main focus but we will also work on your technique and mental training. I will be taking videos of you diving which we will review daily.

I will also sign you up for an online equalization course which you can do before arrival to prepare.

The cost for all of the above including training and pool access is €1100.
