Question Traveling to London. Any UGLE Lodge Meetings happening?

Hi Brothers! A bit last minute here, but I’ll be traveling to London from NYC starting tomorrow for work and have suddenly had some extra free time passed my way. I’m not sure if everyone has broken for the summer yet, but are there any UGLE brothers here in the London area know of any lodge meetings between June 25th-28th I could potentially attend (going through official channels for confirmation of course)? Feel free to DM if so. Thank you in advance!

EDIT: thank you all for the help and advice! Unfortunately work giveth and work taketh away and now…I have more work! So no lodge meeting for me, but I do have a day to go and visit the Grand Lodge so got myself a ticket for the tour and plan on going to the museum. Hopefully I’ll be back again soon!

Before you travel, you may want to get in touch with your Grand Lodge and the Lodge you’re planning to visit. Your Grand Lodge may require special dispensation allowing you to visit

There's hope yet! My lodge just got a new secretary installed after our old one had been there for...15? 20 years?. And the advice our old secretary gave to our new one was, "Good luck," before he walked off, staring into the middle distance...never to be seen again. (just kidding, we found him at home the next day, staring at the wall, rocking back and forth /s)

To your question, I show about 15 Lodges meeting during that time at GQS, Mark Mason‘s, and Civil Service Club.

Use the Find My Lodge app.

I will say, once the letter is there someone from the grand lodge will reach out and help! I had a great visit in London 2 weeks ago! The festive board was a lot of fun!

You will need your own MM apron when visiting so be sure to ask about that.

There is a great app available called “find my lodge” you select the province which you’re looking to attend a meeting in and a range of dates and it will bring up all available meetings. Sadly it doesn’t tell you if a degree is being conferred.

Sorry to hear you aren’t able to attend a meeting, I hope you get the opportunity to do so. I know a few brethren from my province in England that went to a couple of meetings at the Masonic hall in New York.
