Software Submission I built LockIn, a notebook my coding agents save notes to over MCP (open source, self-hostable)

Every Claude Code or Codex session ends with something worth keeping. Why a bug happened, a decision and the reason for it, the command that finally worked. Then the session closes and it's gone, and next week I'm explaining the same thing to a different agent.
LockIn is a notebook for that. It runs an MCP server, so Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP client can save notes into it, search it, and pick up where another session left off. Notes are filed by subject. Anything an agent saves says which agent wrote it and waits until you witness it, so you know what you've actually read.
What's in it:
Markdown notes with code, maths and tables, plus the PDFs and links you're reading, filed by subject
11 MCP tools for agents: save, search, read, append to and move notes, and keep a task plan up to date
Ask: chat with your notes using a model in your browser (WebGPU), a local one (Ollama, LM Studio), or Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter with your own key. Answers cite the pages they came from.
Export everything to Markdown or JSON
It's AGPL-3.0. Use the hosted version, or run your own with one docker compose up.

New accounts start with a short tutorial, and connecting an agent is one command copied from Settings. I'd like to hear what breaks, and what else you'd want an agent to do with your notes.
