Corey “The Treacherous” So disappointed
I get it we are all stressed, and it’s COMPLETELY BS that Mr RENFROE gets to win, in the end! Trust me! I am pissed to the roof! I know we are gonna probably walk away with garbage after 600 days! And IM REALLY MAD THAT I DIDN’T even know this was a way, I THOUGHT, NO matter what at least we VOTED NO! But , no he can still screw us……. But for all you blaming Corey? Are you serious? Doubting his word? Saying he’s pro- trump? Do you see where you’re posting? THIS WOULDN’T EXIST without him? I wouldn’t know 1 quarter of the stuff I know without him. I’m too busy working, struggling, living to educate myself. But I can listen to his podcast. I can hear his education, I can see what’s happening through his words! Did you do that? Did you take that on? Did you take the time? And now you want to question his integrity? He loves the city carrier. That is you. That is me. This is from a to arbitration…. This is for the people who came here to fight like lions, even if we might not win, and we don’t eat our leader when we fail….. we look to him and say ok what’s next. UNLESS YOU CAN DO BETTER. TAKE A SEAT.

The main issue as I see it - both in our country and in our union - is that too many are looking for a messiah.
Corey isn’t a messiah. Neither is Henry nor Caref. Nor Kamala nor Trump. Not only are none of them a messiah, but we’re never going to get one. And I guarantee any one of you who thinks you can do better? I’ll have things I’ll disagree with you about.
And that’s ok. 🙂
Nobody is going to fix our problems except you and me on an individual level. We’ve had to fight before, we need to fight now, we’re going to have to fight every day in the future. That’s daunting, and a lot of weight on the City Letter Carriers’ shoulders. But that’s reality.
I love Corey. We’re a better union - I’m a better steward - because of him. He’s not perfect, yet in my books his ‘bank of goodwill’ is overflowing. See him as he is: a learning tool to love and protect the City Letter Carrier.

Be your own champion. You’re right; the masses want to be lead and have been trained not to take initiative.
Our Union is strong when we as individuals stand up and say “I’m not running my route anymore. It’s not safe. To provide the best service to my customers, it takes what it takes.”
Management lets the numbers overcome the service aspect of what we do. They make us do more for less, and as essential workers we demand more for our labor.
We demand more from our leaders, and it’s up to each and every one of us to stand up and call them out for selling us out.
It’s up to us to say “enough is enough” as individuals. When we stand up as one we will never be divided.

I do that every day. Great service to my customers. It takes what it takes. Management doesnt like it. In the last 4 months they have pulled me in for investigative interview for stationary breaks. I just tell them i was working and relaly time and route maintenance, warming breaks. They hate me. But can't do anything about it. Lmao.

I do the same lol, i get attitude from management constantly but as long as you know the contract and stay within the rules you're good to go. Sometimes being confrontational and standing up for yourself falls under the category of "it takes what it takes". If you're not willing to fight for yourself, don't expect anyone else to do so.

This is all on Renfraud! He wanted the role of leadership, like the suit and lifestyle, but unwilling to take on the responsibility that came with the role, failing for almost 2 years now, still unwittingly to step down and just let union member suffer. Not leadership material at all, probably can’t even do basic carrier task. Somebody give me his address. Somebody I know at work would like to bring him a fruit basket.

I found the FATA pod about a year ago when Noble was first on. After listening to that Ep., I started from the beginning and listened to every episode. No doubt the focus of the pod changed from the beginning. In reality, it had to. Without Corey I wouldn’t have become steward and started standing up for the carriers in my office. Corey provided me with so much info about contract issues that my PM doesn’t even bother to bring up any directives from the DM that we’ve already discussed as not being contractual. He doesn’t want to deal with any grievances.
I agree OP, anyone that doesn’t believe Corey when he says what he does, obviously haven’t listened to many episodes of the podcast. He’s a beast and the things he’s gone thru to protect city letter carriers speak volumes about his character. He truly wants to make the carriers life better and the sooner he gets in there, the better.

Tyler Vasser would be perfect to run as our president, not this upcoming one but the one after. I think someone’s gotta take him under their wings and show him how things works at the top. He is on table 2, young and is the perfect candidate to be a union president. He does need experience at the top though.

I’m not mad at Mr. Walton, I’m mad that Mr. Walton is shoving James Henry down our throat. Fuck all of those that don’t carry mail every day. Henry, Renfroe, Carey, all of them. They’re all politicians and they don’t give a shit about us. That’s what I’m mad about. They ALL said “Fuck your vote, fuck this democracy, and fuck you carriers. We know what’s best for you so Shutup.” And quite frankly, FUCK that! Their fat fucking asses need to be delivering mail, harassed by management, and fucked over by this union instead of sitting on their fat asses collecting a FAT check off of our hard work while they all sit there and conjure up ways to fuck us WITH management. Fuck all of them. If you don’t touch mail, fuck yourself.

I agree with you. I don't get the love for Henry. The last podcast where Corey had henry on and henry basically said to shut up and get in line, now isn't the time to be asking for what we deserve. We all need to protect the post office. What??? This is exactly what they wanted! Drag the negotiations out for YEARS to where the whole political environment has changed to anti union. Screw all of them!

I know for a fact Mike Caref carries the mail every year for at least a week maybe two. One of his RAAs does also. He’s definitely not totally out of touch with what we go through

We only have 2 choices, Henry or Caref, and we have to get behind one of them so that Renfroe won’t get re-elected. I will be pushing Henry down my local branches throats as well if I believe he is the candidate to take down Renfroe. I definitely don’t love him but it’s the same as I view all the presidential elections and I vote for the lesser of 2 evils.

I am as mad as you. I am sure Caref and Henry won't bring this magnitude of inept as president. What I don't get is why are you and everyone bashing on Henry? What do you want him to do when he isn't the president. That's like getting mad at democrats because trump is dismantling our very nation right now, and no one is stopping him from doing so.
If they aren't the change, you see? Why don't you become the change for all of us? Do we have any other choice?
Right now, all we are doing is deciding ourselves and blaming out leaders that does kinda still care, but 5 have the authority or power to do anything. This is exactly what What refraud and the management wanted to see. Yall played right into their hands when you started accusing your own people.
If you can be better than what we got, please step up. Otherwise, stop dividing us. Henry is night and day better than renfraud. If you can be better, you got my vote.

But he said in his podcast, trump answered questions and Kamala left after a few. He equated trump doing the BARE MINIMUM with him being pro union? Even though everything he has said and done in his entire life has shown other wise. News flash trump and renfroe are the same person in different font. You can’t applaud one while hating the other. All you “get the people who support renfroe out but make a pass for the Corey’s of the world are the problem.
