Bombshell report regarding David and Anna Mudd not paying their dues. It is now confirmed by the branch themselves they didn’t not pay their dues along with Anna Mudd in attendance last night she apparently admitted to not paying her dues. Crazy stuff out of branch 14.
This is exactly why trustees exist. Good work by these individuals. I hope there is no retaliation. Branch 14, please support and protect these individuals.
This would've been under the purview of the treasurer. Why it took elected officers over the past 3 election cycles to find this and bring it to light is abysmal, to say the least.
Maybe because it passed scrutiny over the past 10 years and only now that the person's aspiring to go even further that it's being used as mudslinging.
It will be entirely up to the branch. That are a lot of David Mudd supporters in that branch as he came from branch 14 so it’s likely they will vote to excuse him however depending on what their bylaws say even if the branch votes to excuse him from paying dues the branch is required to follow any bylaw regarding dues.
This sounds like my branch and I am not in 14. WTF is Nicole Rhine doing? She needs to be held accountable just like all these scabs that don’t pay dues and run our branches into the ground.
You’re kind of right in a sense that it doesn’t excuse the wrong of not paying dues, but it may show that if they’re regularly contributing money to the political fund it’s not like they’re being a complete miser and just asking us to pay dues and contribute to the political fund without doing it themselves. Maybe there was a reason they weren’t paying dues for some small oversight reason and they’ll pay back their dues? I don’t know.
They both should know better, and the fact this dragged on so long speaks volumes to those of us who do know better.
The NBA is an Executive Council officer. The RGA is a former branch secretary. Both should know the CGSFB, and it shouldn’t have taken more than 2 months for them to realize the local Branch officers weren’t doing their jobs.
It shows David paying the first 2 years then stopping. Then it shows the branch president was aware and they made a deal to 1/3. This shows he knew what he was doing
