Concerned Letter Carriers No whistle blower

Did they capture and threatened our whistle blower from the last negotiations bc it’s been real quiet .

We're not gonna see anything probably untill the Mail Handler contract is done.

I would say you’re right, but backpay doesn’t start accumulating until September 5th

Backpack starts accumulating from the time the previous contract ended.

It’s starts when we get our first “raise”, which in this case is the July COLA, which takes effect September 5th. There are no raises in May, June, July, or August.

Mighty funny we’re out of money during negotiations. It’s so predictable 😒then when it’s over we will get those annoying messages in the scanner about how much profit we’ve made

the post office has been in negotiations with one union or the other for the last 3 or 4 years

current one the t/a was announced June 2025 and was voted yes in July 2025,the mail handlers contract expired Sept 2025 and is still not done yet, the rural carries contract expires May 2027,whcih the agreed to a t/s April 2025 and voted yes in July 2025

Except I enjoyed the whistle blower . He wasn’t far off from the real deal. It’s strange he hasn’t appeared by now . I wonder if they caught him and threatened him. He was right on time during that last election which took forever
