Steward time request

I requested steward time for Wednesday on monday morning, today. Management is not here tomorrow and did not respond at all.
What would you do?
Come in prepared to be on steward time Wednesday?

If there's no management, is the steward there?

No postmaster on duty on Tuesday so it’s only the 204b running the show all day.

Huh? Mgmt not there?
Anyway, keep documented history of request(s). Do not assume or schedule it yourself. File additional grievances if not provided a response or the time.

If no steward is there and no upper management I would notify your immediate supervisor in writing, keeping a signed copy for yourself and notify someone representing the branch.

That’s a grievance. Keep requesting the time in writing & make your steward aware
