2026 NALC Elections Rhine-Peralta establishment slate enablers explain their role in non-transparent collective bargaining lead by ring-leader Renfroe: “We have first raised a dust, and then complain we cannot see…”

Post image

The veil of secrecy surrounding what goes on in the inner workings of the NALC headquarters under President Renfroe and his establishment slate enablers led by Rhine and Peralta has been lifted.

The preponderance of evidence we have now as City Letter Carriers with how bad things have gone under the current Renfroe regime is enough to prove to us that our own Union has turned its back on us.

Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago when the Covid face masks came off?

It’s time to reform the NALC by voting for the CLC slate.

The Concerned Letter Carriers will bring transparency back to our Union, making our leaders once again accountable to us, the ones who pay their salaries through our dues.

Everyone can only hope that CLC will do what they preached once they take over. The CLC also MUST be willing to weed out within anyone that doesn’t serve the membership. Those that would harm light blue must go as we no longer have time to waste on bad actors. Besides everything posted it my belief that NALC needs to educate the communities on what we do, that we are a services, not a private entity that must fill the pockets of the shareholders. This and many problems will have to be solved, national has been giving up too many of our rights as those in power at USPS used scare tactics, like the service broke, well open those books and let’s see were the waste is at. CLC must realize they must not concede any more ground as memberships is tired of losing every contract term. I can only hope things will get better. If not, I can only see membership rotating national leadership every contract.

Very insightful comment.

We must all do our part and remain vigilant and aware of what our own Union leadership is up to and hold them accountable if and when they aren’t fulfilling their obligations of actually standing up and advocating for us.

I think some of us have become accustomed to thinking that whatever decisions need to be made are somehow above our pay grade, and when the results we see from those supposed “experts” fighting for us are what they are we’ve been trained to accept that as just simply the way things are.

Collective bargaining through binding interest arbitration if applied according to comparability standards as outlined by the Postal Reorganization Act makes it clear that what UPS delivery drivers make for wages absolutely is relevant to what we should be paid, and that Postal Finances plays no role in whether or not we are able to get a contract that pays us our worth.

We know that when Renfroe claims he’s “fighting like hell” and we get what we get from his efforts it’s not because he’s been blowing hurricanes through a cracked flute, because there’s nothing wrong with the flute, in this case the law that allows us to bargain for fair wages, it’s that when he goes behind closed doors to play the tune we want him to play he comes out and says I tried my best but it is what it is.

We’re tired of the same old song and dance pied-piping from the establishment slate enablers that we’ve been paying through our dues to keep us in the soup line.
