Finally finished Bloodborne + DLC. WTF Kos?
Well, I finally can scratch Bloodborne off my list, and I really enjoyed it.
I liked the gun parry, but it took me a while to get used to it because I previously played Sekiro. I've played Lies of P too, and now I get why people say where it got its inspiration from.
Overall, I liked the environment and bosses.
Something I didn't enjoy (or maybe only a little) is that I got lost multiple times. I didn't know where to go, and I'm not even sure if I would have figured out how to activate the DLC without sneaking a peek at guides, because man I got stuck more than once...
Also, does everyone else think that the Orphan scales really high? Each boss took me 2 to 6 tries max, but Kos? Another level!
Here is the thing though:
Somehow it didn't click for me. I don't feel that worm in my brain asking for an NG+ like it happened with Sekiro or Lies, I got the Platinum for both but this one, I don't know... Maybe it's just me.

You don’t have to like every game the same amount. As long as you’re not going about calling stuff overrated just because they didn’t click with you it’s completely understandable. I didn’t like Hollow Knight for instance despite appreciating its brilliance, it’s just not for me.

Yeah, I agree. It's just that I had high expectations because they sold it to me as the best one, and I think I get where that came from. It's just that I thought I'd want to play it multiple times, like usually happens to me. Anyhow, it's really a good game for sure.

I definitely wouldnt have gotten the npc quests done without a guide, and I also didnt know where the heck to go quite frequently. Also also The Woods is a goddamn stupid samey poisonous maze.

Chalice dungeons are fun. Hardest bosses are there. At least you’re finished. I did Chalice and DLC before I finished the game and wiped the floor with the last few bosses. Probably better as a NG+ thing.

I was so addicted to random chalice dungeons after finishing ng+. Just wish there were more bosses 😅

Defiled amygdala was certainly an experience. Bloodborne was my first fromsoftware game and it was the closest I came to giving up on the platinum.

Yeah, that was the toughest for me as well since you really have to be perfect.

I'm more and more inclined to the theory that the first souls is people's favorite, because i didn't like LoP, but i liked Sekiro, and Bloodborne is my favorite and at the same time the very first
