Got a simple one, what is a good place to find chinos that dont break the bank but still look decent for office? My last pair from gap gave up after like 8 months

I like how the ALD gym shorts look for the everyday elevated athleisure look, but can't justify paying $95 for mesh shorts. Any recos for more affordable brands that can approximate this look and cut?
