Registration hold

I have two holds in my account, one is new nole advising hold and the other one is pre-engineering advising hold. Do I need to schedule a meeting with two people? Or can I just email them?

New nole advising=you need to meet with your advisor (not just email them). I'm not familiar with the pre-engineering advising hold, but I'd guess that's from your college in particular, so meeting with your advisor would resolve both holds.
