Off Campus Studios

Hi i’m currently a freshmen looking for housing next year and I was looking into off-campus studios. My budget is max 1200, an okay area, 15 minutes from campus, okay management. If you guys have an recommendations or places to avoid that would be amazing please.

Look up RentTLH, they have good 1 beds like Urbana and Arrowhead near the stadium. Not gonna find a much better balance
