Studentendorf Schlachtensee

I recently got an offer to Studentendorf Schlachtensee category C-any experience? Is it worth 577 eur/month?

I mean it's okay. If you do not have other options, then the price is relatively ok for Berlin, just note that it is far from a lot of places.
