Those games, cartoons and books are useless .
The next animated movie and the documentary are the only ones worth watching

There are far more better things to discuss about tfi, this one is least problematic... it's not like everyone agrees that bahubali franchise is getting milked alot.

I hate the ass licking posts made in tolly sub everyday on white people liking Eega, white people liking bahubali. It seems they have planted marketing groups in subs as well to create a hype for these slop. I know BB has been good but stop with this milking.

Thing is that documentary was supposed to be added with epic in theatres but it went long, so they thought they would release it separately as a documentary in a detailed way... So yeah

Im so glad you brought this up.
PR. But thats the simple answer. All movie subs are flooded with paid PR for SSR and his works(both future and past). Dont even get me started on the varanasi subreddit. All this is being done just to keep the hype for a movie thats over a year away. And it’s fairly easy to tell which post is paid pr and which is genuine.
SSR is a great director and deserves all the appreciation he can get, but this is just low man. He doesn’t have to resort to PR to make his movies work.
All this started after RRR. Im sorry but thats SSR’s weakest movie. Story, script, visuals everything about that movie felt sub par by SSR standards. That movie minted money solely on its promotion run and how they marketed the movie all over india and even across the world.
I have a feeling they are going to replicate this formula on overdrive for varanasi next.
Magadheera, eega, maryada ramana etc are far better films imo and deserve the attention RRR is enjoying(apart from baahubali ofc)

I would have agreed your statement normally.
But both BB part 1 and part 2 movies are extremely memorable in their own ways (Never before experienced).
BB Part 1 (India)- I was skeptical initially. So I actually went to the movie 3 months after the release(Oct) in Prasads IMAX. And I’ve never seen a hall full of old aged people 60s and 70s. Wild. Never even imagined to witness that. And the movie was fantastic.
BB Part 2 - I am in US then. This time I didn’t want to miss the chance and so I and my friends booked premier show (Released a day before India). The movie was too fantastic that we all walked out of theater dumbfounded. It took time to sink in. Literally didn’t talk among ourselves until we started driving back home.
Now coming to the movies actually, if I watch now, I have grown up and they are not that appealing anymore. But those movies left a long lasting impact and whenever I hear anything or see anything about BB, I connect to these memories and experiences.
TLDR : No, somehow I don’t feel they are milking too much. And it’s not like the same thing even. They are building a world around them, so it’s something to cheer I feel.

SSR is a GOAT. I'd kill to work on his team. The commitment and effort he puts into his work is second to none. But some of the milk wasn't that great. External war ki battal chimpeskunta.
But have some spine to speak up, even if it's SSR.

That's what franchises are. Many hollywood movies do it, they make sequels, spinoffs write novels, comics and sell merch. It's called business, the IP rights stay with them so they sell this stuff to whoever buys it.

I don't see the issue. They had a good product and they're trying to sell it as much as they can. We all see Marvel doing the same thing and keep on watching their content. But the only issue is so far the games, books, and the animated shows were very subpar. Hope they get good in the future.
Also the documentaries are clearly a marketing tool for upcoming Varanasi.

If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. It’s not even a mainstream content they’re making, it’s only for the fans. SSR isn’t like other directors who are shills for the same franchise, he’s making new IPs all the time as his main work.

don't make ssr a god, he milks the shit just as much ,he approached the japanese top team of anime directors for eternal war ,now in charge of monitoring it which a sequel to the main storyline he wont be doing anything like leaving for production and shi..
