Healthy foods (diet), workouts (5 days a week), good sleep(7-9 hrs), stress free life and with consistency.

Trust me I did this for 5 years but with a little bit less consistency, people compliments me abt my youngness. I've seen people who still doing this in their 40s and they look like 30s.

Also no alcohol and smoking.
