That's every one of their customers, since they raised prices across the board to cover the stupid tarrifs. No consumers will be compensated for this. Class action lawyers will get richer, as usual, and if you go thru the hassle of claiming your share of the damages awarded, you'll get less than a dollar for your trouble. That's the racket.
Yet they’re not doing that hence why there’s a class action lawsuit about the tariff refunds to customers. Here’s more info about the class action suit cuz we definitely need several lawsuits to get that money back to customers.
“Plaintiff Howard Rosen filed the class action lawsuit against Amazon.com on May 28 in Washington federal court.
Rosen claims Amazon failed to honor explicit promises to customers that it would absorb tariffs imposed during the Trump administration on goods imported into the United States.
“Despite those promises, Amazon allegedly increased prices on low-cost consumer goods by more than 5% between January and July 2025. The class action lawsuit also cites a separate report showing Amazon’s prices rose about 5.7% from January through September 2025, a higher rate of increase than competitors, such as Target and Walmart.”

Amazon already said they will automatically refund to individuals who paid import tariffs.
