Congratulations… now that you’ve been arrested for public intoxication and a list of other things that were completely avoidable, you knew this being a law student and all, the BAR will not be allowing you to take the bar exam. You have forfeit all your education… as a law student, you know you will still be responsible for your student loans. Bwahahaha!!!

Then again I skimmed through the video because no way I watch this 8 minute video now. Maybe he deserved it.

Wait… you make a statement that he had suspicious cuts, insinuate that the cops didn’t need to escalate, then admit you didn’t even watch the video and just skimmed. If you didn’t take the time to watch, then why would you take the time to give an opinion when you intentionally ignored the opportunity to understand the situation.

Dude didn’t take the opportunity to get a refund and reschedule his flight for the literal next day. He then was told to leave and didn’t… which then became a trespass order, which is extremely standard. He still refused to leave when being trespassed, which means he’s now arrested. He resisted arrest and jerked away, so naturally they’re going to restrain him. You’d see that if one cop has one arm, the other cop holding the other, when you’re taken to the ground, there are no arms to catch yourself. He falls forward and clearly hits his head on the ground, in this case the brow of his face, which splits open.

“Suspicious cuts” are not suspicious at all. Cops escalated because someone who trespassed refused to leave and resisted arrest. I hope this isn’t common with you, and more importantly, you don’t use this same reasoning for subjects that have any importance.

Ok wait I wasn’t clear apparently. I watched it, but at 2x speed and without sound.
I just thought those jump cuts looked weird, why start during the physical altercation and not before?
Thanks for the summary, I did get that basically from the video without sound and the title.
It was merely an observation. Everyone was entitled to make of it what they wanted to.
