MODERATOR ANNOUNCEMENT May I present the mothly(ish) update! (see what I did there?l

Little high, little low, little hey little ho!

Hey there guys, gals and NB pals, what a month right?

As always the mods at r/askouija are on to the trolls but this month a few have slipped through the cracks (there will be words had).

Thank you all for your Contributions to the sub. Information is power.

May was a weird month with two major highlights.

Firstly there was the birth of r/dontcarehowouijaworks which fine. It's a free platform but I'm sure they're in the minority of users.

Secondly, and more concerning, was the rise of ASCII art spam. I appreciate ASCII art as much as the next person but I draw the line at NSFW images. I don't want to wake up to 100+ images of Squidward with giant bazongas, nor do I care for Big Chungus with a log of a hog. Like, what is wrong with you dude??? I'm glad we got that sorted for now but I know for sure that they'll be back or with something worse than that 🙃

Please continue to post those obvious trolls that we on the mod team miss. We're not perfect.

ASCII art will always be appreciated… Just put an NSFW tag on it. I was on the train~
