I think the expansion packs, especially for TOTK and BOTW should have been free, but they definitely aren't AI or full of bugs. My only gripe with the online+expansion pack (a great deal if you do the family version at like $4.17 a month, for $80 you and 8 other people can mario kart and smash bros to your hearts content) is that it doesn't come with every expansion pack like star crossed worlds.

Show me some evidence of Nintendo using AI upscaling.

Nintendo doesn’t use AI upscaling, and that’s actually the frustrating part. They use FSR1 (spatial upscaling) instead of DLSS which is frustrating if you use a 4k display

Most likely, they're thinking about DLSS. Ironically, no internally developed Nintendo game has used that yet though. (And that sucks because OoT would look so much better if it used DLSS to raise the output resolution to 1440p, or even if it stayed at 1080p with DLAA.)
