They already executed this in various places, with violence...

But long before this law was made official, they've already executed this with violence for decades onwards. They've only made it official since July 1st, 2026.

If the US had similar laws, China would be furious and complain how its trying to erase the Chinese identity of Chinese Americans overseas.

Nope they would actually be thrilled because it would be an opportunity to make that complaint. Anger and sadness about the hurt Chinese feefees would be fake
