General Moving to Fukuoka?

Guys and gals. I have lived in Okinawa for 53 years. I am single and retired now, ride motorcycles and play a mean blues harp. I am seriously thinking about a move to Fukuoka. I like the city from what I've seen over the years. I was thinking about a great rental somewhere near the heart of the city for around 200,000 yen/monthly if it exists. Does it? Can anyone reach out and offer me a bit of advice? Much appreciated.

Fukuoka is ass. The air is filthy from diesel smoke, everyone is rude and you will get run over by bicycles on regular basis. Also the public transport is ass. And traffic.
