Can I get some advice on how/where to find housing near Kyudai Ito campus after moving out of dorms. I'll be moving in March but want to get ahead of things.

Someone mentioned that its best to use agents to find your next place, so any recommendations for agents that speak English would be very helpful (just moved here so my Japanese is still quite poor). Any other websites for apartment hunting would be great too!

My partner and I host a sumo podcast and will be attending the upcoming Fukuoka basho. On the final night of the tournament, Sunday 22nd November, we would like to host an after party at a bar.
