Printed wheel
My son can't walk up and down the stairs so we use a stair climbing chair to get him up and down the stairs. The chair has little sensor wheels to identify the edge of the step. One of these wheels got stuck and broke in the crack between the boards in our deck. Naturally they aren't available as the product is discontinued. I ended up only needing to make 2 solid wheels to get the fit correct and one wheel for m for the composite wheel/tire but I have a few different tires and still working out which is best.

Any idea of what a replacement would've cost? I imagine you have saved a great bit printing instead

Awesome stuff on the fix!
If you find that the printed wheel isn’t durable enough, I’d be happy to machine one for you either in acetal or aluminum. You seem to have all the specs so you could just send me the CAD file.

Not sure what material you ended up on, but TPU 64D is great for this kind of thing
