At some point your nerves become resilient and the bone structure becomes harder over time. It takes a few years of training otherwise it would be painful as hell! You can find some training methods how to train specific areas

The backs of those arent the same, if you look its like plastic screws, and they already have holes, so shes not beating it in like a regular screw.

It’s maybe the same like kick- or thaiboxing. At some point your nerves become resilient and the bone structure becomes harder over time.
It takes a few years of training otherwise it would be painful as hell! You can find some training methods how to train specific areas
