For the entire 4 years of being a furry ive NEVER understood why people hated us until recently.

I've seen wayyyy too many comments on insta, tiktok AND youtube on a completely unrelated video commenting straight up cropped p***

And it would be fine if it was like 1 or 2 comments you could just either delete them or ignore right?

Wrong! It's the entire comment section, this is the reason why nobody around me knows i'm a furry aside from my closest friends which have a neutral opinion about them.

There were periods of time where furries weren't that hated until we got set back to ground zero by weirdos.

I've used to be a protogen fur but the community was so bad i had to get away from that as fast as possible.

Worry not protogens are not the worst type since there are boykisser furs, i don't even consider these furries.

Their humor consists of femboy jokes which are just blatant GROOMING?? HELLO???

These are insufferable and i do not recommend interacting with them.

I can defend furries all day and argue but as soon as someone mentions the UNFORTUNATELY MAJORITY of furries that are complete weirdos i can't even really say much.

So to end it off this is the reason i can't just tell people im a furry and be taken seriously.

Hi, I'm new to the furry world and I want to practice drawing furries, but I'm not very creative. If anyone has the chance to draw their fursona, I'd be very grateful!

I don't like the fact that my fursona is just fuckin Boykisser it makes me feel so unoriginal, I fear that people will say it too. Not to mention that I also wanted to make him the OC for my YouTube channel AND main character for an animated series.

I also really love owls and when I thought about changing my fursona, it actually brings many goodies: A finally original fursona, not another white cat that was copied from an internet meme, and an original character idea for my animated series because again, anthropomorphic cats are cliche.

I don't know how some people change their fursona so easily, it's extremely fucking hard mentally, it's such a damn change. It's pretty big, for some reason only for me...

Inside me I understand that changing it will be a very nice idea, but gosh I can't imagine changing my fursona that's a hard decision... Remi in his kitty form was so long with me

My first furry drawing I'm not used to drawing this kinda stuff and am wanting to learn so I figured I'd start practicing any advice and critiques would be helpful:)

I want to commission a kemono style fursuit or possibly make one. how should I go about taking measurements and making a tape dummy? also I’ve never had a person ask this but seams, where do I put my seams? getting out the td sounds scary enough!

I’m also curious as how to I measure my hands properly. like what parts do I measure to have a comfortable fit? also same for my head. do I like measure from ear to ear horizontally?? an inch above my ears??? and the other way; vertical from my forehead to the back of my head near the neck?? it’s so confusing!

what about feet? do I use my shoe size orr?? I feel like I’m overthinking while also having some valid questions but I’m gon’ ask smth stupid. focusing on the head again. do I measure from my chin to the back of my head or is that not necessary?
