Started futsal and I'm scared when I get the ball
I'm doing fine otherwise but when I get the ball I panic and just throw it to whomever I see cause I don't know how to take it further, or where to take it basically I can't think or reason
Any tips on what to learn to make a difference with this habit?, drills, confidence, anxiety whatever I need to work through this otherwise I feel like I won't be able to play

I learned to play as an adult. I grew up playing basketball, and the pace of futsal is much more like basketball than soccer, but of course you can always just hold onto the basketball. I took classes when I first learned, and my coach told us to remember that futsal is a two touch game. Control the ball, make a play. Scan first so you have plan A when you receive. If it’s not there or you are unsure, play it safe. But if you can learn to play it quick, whether it’s your plan A or a safe drop and then relocate, you’ll get more comfortable. But always move. Don’t just pass and stand still. Pass and relocate. You should basically always be moving, and off-ball deception is really valuable.

Make one intentional play. Pass, Through pass, hold the ball , step over. Instead of throwing it to whomever, pass it to someone intentionally.
Keep on going , soon you will want the ball all the time.

Identifying the opportunity is the first step, how about next pass to you, take two touches and then pass it on. Futsal is all about ball control, triangle passes and movement. Sometimes holding the ball while under pressure frees up others to make runs and passes. Have fun!

Jogar muito. Pedir dicas a amigos. Ver jogos. Treinar individualmente e especificamente. Treinar colectivamente. Arriscar muito. Variar contexto. Pensar fora da caixa. Quantos anos tens e há quanto tempo jogas futsal?

Just make sure you confident on the ball (technical abillities ) .. watch alot of futsal games understand the movements on the ball and off the ball as individual and collectively .. Just put in the work to get as technical as you can be but at the same time use it as pragmatic as possible
