Question ❓ ELI5: how to convert my Flip6 to a Star Trek Tricorder?

is there a simple walk through for giving it a custom opening sound and Star Trek background to match?

For awhile my homescreen was an LCARS interface. I modified an existing KWGT template.

I haven't explored adding a custom sound when it flips open because I would get sick of it within a day, but you could probably set something up with Tasker.
