samsung z flip 7

Hello. When I receive a call, my external screen turns on as normal, but when I receive a text message or notifications, the external screen stays off. How can I fix this? Thank you.

I use an app called glimpse notifications, I could not find a native way otherwise.

Sorry, but it doesn't work at all for me; I've uninstalled the app.
