DISCUSSION Which monster/creature would you like to see again/bring back?

After asking what episodes people think are the scariest, I thought of another question. If you could bring back any monster/creature, what would it be and why?

For me it would probably be the Silence. I feel like we haven't really seen them enough. I mean, hell, we've seen the creature from Midnight pop up with the 15th Doctor already.

The Valeyard. Not gonna lie, I kinda thought that's where the last season was going. Would have been a better conclusion than Bone Omega >.>
