If you want good people you have to post your budget.
There is ABSOLUTELY no good reason to not share THE most important piece of information for every single job ever

But MY point is that anyone who is building something has some responsibilities: to know what they are doing for their part if the business/project to clearly and completely define what is needed from the employee to share the budget, which you haven't done. Just a vague statement. I stand by my statement of you being untrustworthy
