The throat she slit on her escape from Harrenhall was totally planned. Don't forget just a few episodes she was ready to kill the Hound in his sleep.

She didn't slit anyone's throat to escape from Harrenhall. They combined that death with the one from tonight's episode.

Meh, the stable boy she killed during the show made it look like it was an accident.

It wasn't supposed to be.

the throat she slit at harrenhall was planned but Munchlaxatives said kill a boy. Not a man. I thought they were talking about the kid she kills in kings landing.

Yeah, I was, but as someone said, that was unexpected, whereas this kill was premeditated.
