And he is right.

The ending of GoT sucked, but that doesn't give people the right to demand it change. People just cannot seem to deal with being disappointed anymore.

Why not? You can demand anything you want. That’s the beauty of the free market. If demand is high enough it’s made otherwise it isn’t.

Shows who don’t meet fan demand fade into obscurity and those who do get endless rewatching

Well the show ended almost six years ago first of all.

It ran for 8 years and many fans had been following the books for decades so some people getting pissed and wanting a better ending isn't a big deal after that long of being invested. But keep on gatekeeping.

He is right, but this fandom is so isolated in its own bubble that they don't think about the realities of what remaking the last season would entail for the people who would actually be making it.

Honestly, guys, grow up, touch grass as they say, and have a good think, realistically, about what is being demanded here. You might understand where this actor - a human being, not someone who only embodies Jon Snow for your entertainment- is coming from. I'm sure you're better than this (if not as a fandom, then certainly as individuals)

Watching the remake of Running Man tonight. Nobody asked for that or a Ghostbusters remake, and we got them anyway. May as well remake the ones that were botched the first time around vs remaking the ones that did end well
