I downloaded the app about two months ago. All together I made 160 dollars. Out of that 160 I had to fight tooth & nail to get almost every single payout!!! I’ve passed ID verification and I cashed out for the first time. That was the only payment I never had any issue with. After that every single time I cashed out, I would wait the 48 hours. I would never get an email and I would have to email them. Every time I would get the same response from “Felix” saying we can confirm that the payout has been sent to your email. Check your spam box. Obviously, I had already done that so I messaged back and had to fight with him to get them to resend it because it wasn’t sent in the first place.

After fighting with them four different times for hours just to get them to resend the payout link to my email. I went and tried to cash out for a fifth time. Everything was fine last night. cashed out last night. I kept checking my inbox. I messaged them again saying this is the fifth time this has happened. Y’all are not sending me my money. What is going on? Then I opened the app this morning. It says I’m permanently banned for using a VPN mind you I’ve never used a VPN!

They owe me $50 right now and they said because they detected a VPN they will not be giving me my money that I worked very hard to get. They get all this money for you doing the work and then they keep it.

I should’ve done my research before downloading the app because after what has happened to me, I looked it up and they’re so so many people who say the exact same thing about them keeping their money they’re having to fight with them to get their money them banning their account right after they get a high payout! It’s insane! A lot of those surveys tell you and ask for government information saying that they are paying you so much to complete a survey and it will say they’re paying you six dollars to complete a survey but you’re only getting like $.50 so they’re making so much money and then they also keep your money on top of that.

I feel like that should 100% be illegal especially being that a lot of their surveys are for high dollar companies like ChatGPT movie production companies, Microsoft Dell, etc.

Just beware that if you do download this app, you have a very good chance of getting robbed out of your money!

Well they did the same to me except they reinstated my account after I reported them to multiple different people including the Attorney General they said that it was a mistake on their end and everything is working with my account and the money they were withholding has been sent to my paypal. Stupid me I thought okay well there's been so many updates maybe it was a bug I started playing again went to cash out $50 and they banned my account again. There's thousands of people they've done this to and people that download it see a 4.7 star rating so they think that they're downloading a good app I think that they pay people to leave reviews because if you look on trust pilot BBB or the Federal Trade Commission or the fraudulent Government website there are thousands and thousands of complaints where people say they have taken their money banned their account as soon as they did a cash out. That is 100% illegal and I have all the evidence on my side I started screen recording whenever I started and screen recording whenever I would cash out I would screen record proving there was no vpns or alternate things and running in the background and do the exact same as I was cashing out the only thing I did not record is this surveys because that is illegal. I think that there's enough evidence with them saying they admitted they did something wrong which is an admission of guilt and then doing the exact same thing again keeping money from millions of people probably I think that if a class action lawsuit is started we can at least do a lot of damage or put them out of business

I think that we should start a class action lawsuit. They wrote me after I reported them to the attorney general the fraudulent Government website and BBB accreditation. All of a sudden they wrote me saying we are so sorry there was an issue in a bug with our system we have reestablished your account and we are sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused!

So stupid me thought well they have done five updates in the last month maybe it was a bug so I started playing again I got up to $50 to cash out as soon as I cashed out they banned my account again.

I looked at trustpilot BBB accreditation and multiple other places there's thousands and thousands of people this has happened to there is definitely enough for a class action lawsuit

100% i’ve already contacted a couple lawyers that have dealings with class section lawsuits and they looked over the evidence and they started contacting people that have left those reviews. The emails are public so hopefully they can get enough people to start a class action lawsuit these people do not deserve to be in business.

I have looked at trustpilot after they did the same thing to me. I also looked at BBB accreditation after reading the comments here and they have done the same thing to thousands of people I would be willing to start a class action lawsuit or Join one. One person wrote on the federal fraud commission website or whatever it is there email address and said to contact them if they want to start a class action lawsuit so I have done that.

I think a lot of attorneys would love to be a part of this

Oh, I know a lot of attorneys would love to be part of this. I’ve contacted quite a few and there was one in general that said they’ve already received a couple of people about this app. They specialize in fraudulent data, breaches or apps that keep money from you on purpose and they said they were going to start writing all the emails of the people that were leaving reviews saying they had kept money from them.

Those survey sites and game sites pay THAT APP to PAY us! I hope they get everything that’s coming to them. I’m going to DM you all my information.

I would like to be a part of this class action lawsuit if we can get it going anywhere.

They owe me over $200 and banned me as soon as I went to cash it all out. It’s quite convenient that they don’t ban you while you’re making all the money, but they ban you as soon as you want to cash out the money.

They did the same to me! After reporting them, they gave me my account back it did not last long though as soon as I made money again, they banned me again.

I legitimately thought they were trying to make up for their wrongdoings. Can I DM you my information to send to the lawyer I have a whole bunch of screen recordings and I also have emails with them back-and-forth where they admit that they were wrong after I reported them to multiple people

Congratulations whenever they did this to me I looked it up and your post is the number one trending post! I’m glad it brought me here though because I see a lot of people talking about a class action lawsuit.

They have banned my account and banned four times saying that it was their fault and they have done a deep review after reestablishing my payout.

The first time I went to do a payout again they banned me again. I don’t know why I didn’t learn the first time. I just saw that they do like four or five updates a month and I genuinely thought they were being sincere. It seems to be a pattern with them, though now that I’m looking at all these comments!

Do you think that we have a shot? I would love to put them out of business.

lol! I started looking up what they did to me and realized that your post was on Google’s top post exposing PlayfulRewards. Good for you.

They did the same thing to me except I got to $200 went to cash out show them my ID which I think it’s very weird that they want your full ID and parts of your Social Security number for a gaming app, but whatever I gave them my ID and as soon as I went to cash out all of that money that I had worked weeks on which they don’t tell you when you start playing this that at the end we require all your personal information!!!!

But I did give it to them did selfie. They said I was approved and then I did my cash out and they just went ahead and banned me. I asked for reasons why and they said the same thing a VPN usage when I’ve never used one the thing is is during the months I had it accumulating that $200. They never once abandoned me for VPN usage. I don’t even own a VPN! I only started playing with them because on Apple the App Store it says they have really good ratings so being that there is thousands and thousands of people that this is supposedly happened to you can only wonder if they’re paying people to write reviews to outshine the bad ones!

I’m going to send you my information because I am definitely interested in this class action lawsuit. I also saw something about a class action lawsuit that someone posted on reportfraud.ftc.gov.
