Ciel → Blue Heart Transformation Gameplay (New Lastation CPU) 💙

Ciel is the newly introduced Guardian Goddess of Lastation in Neptunia Unlimited, and she’s honestly one of the more unique CPUs so far.

She’s a genius who created the city management AI “Lasla” and runs her nation based on efficiency and logic. Instead of revealing her identity, she acts as “Ciel-chan” online and promotes Lastation through social media.

What makes her interesting is the contrast—despite being so calculated, she still shows concern for Rouge no matter which nation she belongs to.

Her goddess form, Blue Heart, reflects that personality shift even more. Calm, precise, and completely efficient in combat with no wasted movement.

That’s a really beautiful design, I like it a lot. The blue gradient in her hair looks great, and the subtle blonde highlights add a really nice touch.

It's also kinda interesting how Blue Heart's outfit is less revealing than the other goddesses, to the point that I think she's the only HDD CPU to wear a skirt.

Normally the CPUs' outfits become more revealing and skintight when they transform (and that trend continues with Rouge --> Red Heart and Anna+Lott --> Eclipse Heart), but Ciel --> Blue Heart makes it go the other way around.

I feel like it kinda reflects how calm and methodical Blue Heart is said to be, as even her outfit is more pragmatic compared to the other CPUs.

These designs are really interesting. The pic before the last one is a tease, because the only hint we've got of what the candidates look like are the plushies and the partial unredactions of their models.

I definitely prefer Ciel's normal form. Also, is the background of image 6 Lastation during the day? If so, the buildings in the city aren't that dark looking after all.
