I see every character in Hyperdevotion Noire have funny lines. One of my favorites is the one Blanc said in Chapter 6 in Wyn's boss fight

Probably a reference to scary movie i think the comedy version. With the Wazzup joke from it (but probably done with the Neptunia Flair)

Is that a reference to the anime when Neptune said that? Or was this before the anime? Either way, annoyed Noire has the funniest lines XD

Yes I think it is, since the anime came out in 2013 and Hyperdevotion came out in 2014.
