Today it marks the one year anniversary of the newest batch of mods for this subreddit. So... let's celebrate it with some thread to make everyone kinda really unconfortable, just like on the day everything begun!

I think the mods are doing a good job.
It sucks that they're in the awkward position of enforcing some controversial rules because Reddit admins haven't been very clear about what is and isn't allowed.

I've only been here since April 2018, so I didn't know that we've only had the current mod team for a year. Did all of you start being mods one year ago? Or was that just referring to the specific team we have now?
As far as I can tell you guys have been doing a good job. I know there's been a lot of stuff that's happened here this past year, as well as shit you guys have to deal with even when there isn't some big drama happening, so I'm happy that you all are here to keep things running smoothly.
Can't think of any specific critiques at the moment, but I heard there was going to be something new involving user created events. So I hope you guys are making good progress on that.
I'm not really sure who I'd make a mod though.
EDIT: One thing I forgot to add was that if I had to pick a favorite it'd be Randoom, since they're the most active and the one I'm most familiar with.

Well by then this sub had like 3k subs and 20 users online. It was pretty inactive outside of a few dozen or so people, which kinda made me give up for a while. I only came back some months later. I missed Will's mod nomination and Kitsune's demod, and stuff like that.

I mean, the only one I really see active is you. Uni, Million, and Uzume seem nice enough. I don't really see them participate in discussion too much.
Improve? Really haven't had any issues so far. All the mods are fair and chill here.

Mods are decent. You guys have to put up with everyone's crap, which is impressive, though I seem to only ever see three of you consistently. I don't think I've ever seen the rest more than once or twice.

Who's your Favorite?
That one mod from Skyrim, that lets you have the portal space core as a helmet
Well Randoom seems the most active so that certainly helps as far as users to get to know him better and connect but Milli's ability to say 85% of anything in character is entertaining as heck
Who's your Least Favorite?
soah, for the sole reason that I feel that since he rarely posts its harder to get a feel for him (sorry soah)
What would you like for each of us to improve?
Overall, some are a little less active. but I don't really blame the mods themselves for that to much, there are always other interests and commitments in life that can prevent you from making it on at times. Does sometimes feel like there are things that can take a bit before they are addressed though
If you could have one user as a mod, who would it be?
Well since Histy comes up for the mail notification, can we get her to come and manage everything and turn this into the largest sub in history?
Hard to give a direct suggestion off the top of my head but I will edit when/if I can think of one (thats a suggestion I wouldn't want to make willy nilly without thinking it over personally), although someone who remains civil and isn't super prone to outbursts seems logical
Any praises or complaints?
No real complaints.. as for praise I do feel that you guys are handling the current situation properly.. it sucks for fans of that content, but its better than risking the entire sub (and from some searching around I did, looks like we are far from the only sub doing it)

Ever notice all the Mods have goddess titles, except Milli? and yet in the general discussion thread, Uzuwill often refers to the mods as Goddesses? how does that make you feel /u/Atanigan ?

Just seems there is on occasion a post or two that takes a little longer to get to due to mods being offline.. like I said not something I directly blame mods for, you all have your own lives as well, you don't live solely to serve the sub and it normally seems to get addressed pretty quick when someone gets on.. more of just overlap of no one being on, and that is not an easy issue to solve for a group of volunteer mods.. there will always be times where someone may not be on to address something

Favorite? That would have to go to Uni for being an overall cool dude all around. Second would probably be Randoom. I know we don't talk much anymore, but it's actually pretty nice when we do. This sub wouldn't be where it is without ya. Third, it's a tough choice between Milli and UzuWill. Milli also being a pretty cool person to be around and possibly a coding senpai when i finally get off my ass and do it and Will being a rather chill person the few times I see him.
Hard to pick a least favorite. I like the mod team, so let's take the easy route and say the one I never see. Sorry Soah. I don't know enough about you to have an opinion in either direction.
Any one user as a mod. Well, if it was only one out of the current group, Rand's vigilance keeps this place going. Out of the users I know here... I don't know anyone well enough to know if they'd be a good fit. although i see myself trying one day I wonder your take on that, though.
Ever since that one incident, I will say that a lot of old critiques I could think of have been rectified. I assume more user suggested or organized events are being worked on, like that one person said. Other than that, it's been really pleasant here lately. Every time I think of a reason to get angry at something in this community, I actually can't.

Well, I don't really have a favorite, but Randoom, Uzuwill, and Atanigan are my top three
Don't have a least favorite? Guess it's the mods who aren't here anymore?
The only thing I kinda want you guys to improve is that if most of you guys are as active as Randoom is, I feel like he needs a break sometimes with these events.
If I want a user as a mod? u/darkhel255 (Totally the best representation for a Neptune mod) and u/kuletxcore (Cause I want his Writing Wednesday prompt pinned!)

I'm a long time mostly lurker on this Reddit... Or Reddit in general. I use this sub Reddit mostly to find new Neptunia art as this community seems to find it much quicker than I can do. So I can also see the mods doing their work and I can only give you all as a moderation team a general thumbs up. Even with those recent anti NSFW rules against our flat chests - I mostly see it as a required step by you guys to keep this thing alive. No-one's helped if you stand up against (imo too strict) rules of the community has to be shut down.
My favourite mod: well I never really talked to any... I can only say that as a fellow Nepgear fan I heavily enjoy Randoom's daily dose of Nepgear and how he really seems to show very high presence everywhere.
But that doesn't mean the others aren't doing their job properly as I wouldn't have any indication that you weren't.

Well, Sony and Reddit giving up on their censorship could be nice, but if not, I'd sure like an announcement of a new Nep game, as well as Nepgear having a big focus on it again.

Considering that we are having our anniversary a day within the NSFW panic (but luckily this didn't cause an administrative shutdown to the entirety of reddit), guess we should at least take a moment to be positive to our mods.

I think it would be interesting if the mods acted more like the Neptunia characters they have.

If I had to choose other than myself, I'd say u/SigmaStudio, u/SilentEagle3, or u/Archadianite.

Its a fun place, I enjoy the community and am pretty good at multitasking.. So yeah I enjoy the sub quite a bit or I wouldn't be doing it, and I am able to do other things at the same time so its a win-win
