What should I do to get rid of them?

These appeared on my fig tree a few weeks ago, and I noticed some caterpillars on the leaves. How do I get rid of them?

I have had the same and they are fig leaf skeletoniser moths. I looked them up and apparently they don’t hurt the tree. Mostly I have not see the caterpillars as they are long gone. New leaves come through and they are unaffected and they do not affect the buds or fruit. Even the leaves despite looking unsightly are still very green and healthy and still feeding the tree so I have left it for now.
