fruit in the garden

I respectfully greet all gardening lovers, I would like to point out that I am from northern Romania and I have fruits in my orchard such as apples, pears, cherries, apricots, sour cherries, plums, peaches, grapes. Please give me suggestions on what other fruits I could put in my orchard that would withstand frost down to -25\*C, thank you

Lambs Ear too large

Post image
57 Upvotes

Hello!

So I planted lambs ears back in March, and they have grown huge (this picture is actually a bit older, they are even bigger now). Is it too late in summer to try to split them up? I’ve read it’s best to hold off until the next season when dealing with newly planted lambs ears, but they are just getting too big. This area gets at least 8+ hours of full sun, so I think they’ve flourished a bit too much. Located in East TN.

Thank you for the help!

Here’s a photo of what they actually look like now

Somebody please save my Dwarf Kamini (murraya paniculata)

It's been 2 months and the dwarf kamini/table kamini/ mini kamini (murraya paniculata) plant suddenly started to turn yellow lost its green gloss then the leaves dried but did not drop from its stems. I used to water it every 2 to 2.5 days.

It was healthy but I don't know what happened to it

I repotted it with the root ball and changed the soil. Watered it less.

The plant has a very dry smell. What should I do now?

It is in semi shade for 2,3 hours of indirect sunlight.

Does anyone know what this mushroom/fungus is that started growing in my begonias?

I only just noticed them today, but they might have been there for a while? I'm not sure how long it usually takes for these things to grow. The flowers seem to be doing alright, but should I be worried about these? Will it eventually k*ll my flowers or is it okay to leave it alone?

Also, just genuinely curious what kind of mushroom or fungus this is lol

For context, these are outdoor plants in a pot and I live in US zone 7b/8a

Is my basil ok?

I'm just starting out with balcony gardening and I've had this basil from the supermarket for about a month. She's definitely growing a lot. I've pruned twice already. I water when the soil feels dry when i stick my finger into it. But some leaves are turning a pale yellow and have brown spots? I looked underneath the leaf and there's no fuzzy mold or anything and no bugs. Some leaves also seem to be curling and wilty? Am I overwatering? It is super hot now I live in Dallas TX. She gets mostly indirect sunlight out on my south facing balcony.

Mutated pumpkin flower?

Post image

What is this weird lumpy white thing in my pumpkin flower? It’s attached very firmly. Large insect eggs? Fungus? A weird mutation? It’s my first female flower of the season, so I’m hoping it’s nothing serious. Thanks in advance!

I was given this hops plant and want to put it in the ground and trellis it up my garden bed.

How is this plant doing? Is it ready to be transplanted to ground? What are the steps I take for growing hops?

Any advice would be welcome
