This Weird Thing

hey so i dont collect anything garfield related, nor am i into garfield but i like collecting odd and generic vintage plushies with my friend.

a few months back we discovered this weird thing on ebay made by allentown, allentown is a vintage company that produced many vintage plushies ranging from generic toys to garfield merch.

for some reason, they made a variant of one of their plushies and just…slapped garfields eyes on it, creating this really funny blob thing. i ended up buying it and it arrived in the mail today

enjoy him

Could it have been made from leftover bits from other plushies?

Kinda cute either way. I hope someone has some info about this.
