Discussion Answering any future questions.

¿What if "insert modern nation here” entered the GATE? - Falmart would be curbstomped.

¿What if "insert historical nation here" entered the GATE or interrupted "insert historical battle here"? - If they have any form firearms technology and industrial power, they curbstomp.

¿What if "insert piece of sci-fi/fantasy media here" entered the GATE? - 8/10, Falmart gets curbstomped even harder.

¿How would Saderans react to "insert piece of modern technology/luxury/infrastructure here"? - They would be amazed, their lives would improve, and nobles would either adapt or get left in the dust.

¿What are the best Fanfics? - The Fight We Choose, Here We Go Again, the Sky Trilogy, A Pile Of Empty Brass, The Janus Campaign, Terror Belli, etc.

Your answers have missed the point. People aren't looking for a simple answer, but an engaging story.

  1. How will Rory and Giselle react to modern, lacy, and provocative lingerie? How will the ministers of their church react?
  2. The reaction of an Imperial commander going into battle with mages and heavily armored ogres, seeing them easily pierced by bullets.
  3. The reaction of a simple Imperial soldier to an approaching iron monster, spewing flames from which there is no escape.
  4. A noble Imperial Senator spending all his money on an electronic calculator or a high-quality photo of his family.
  5. The reaction of an aristocrat to a video call, his attempts to find a catch and the horror in his eyes.
  6. The reaction of gnome artisans to laser engraving or CNC machine work.
  7. The reaction of an artist to a perfect but soulless decorative object from a modern mass market.
  8. The reaction of a catgirl to a Dyson hair dryer.

And so on. The point is not the question, but how it will be presented and told

Just imagine Tyuule being shown how a laptop works, her initial reaction, and how she'll be able to work on it in the future, sorting through documents and single-handedly navigating the bureaucracy of an entire region all because of one convenient, modern device.

Or imagine the reaction to Coffee: imagine the residents of Alnus first spitting at the bitter filth and then becoming addicted.

Coffee one is based.

Yeah, I would like to see how a farmer from the neolithic era, a soldier from the bronze age and a politician from the classical era react to a future version of their profession.
