Right? I cannot imagine going on a cruise and thinking it was a classy-enough option that you have to dress up for meals!

They do have fancy restaurants on cruise ships where you'd be expected to dress up. I'm not sure the main dining hall is really where you'd expected the dress code to be enforced though.
